Amy’s journey over the past 30 years has given her the opportunity to provide guidance to family members and individuals struggling with addiction. She describes her own journey below:
My name is Amy and my past roller coaster journey of this beautiful thing called “life” has given me the opportunity to provide you and those around you the guidance to work through addiction, unhealthy behaviors, unresolved trauma, and family dynamics. I love the work I do. I also believe sharing experience, strength and hope is part of my living amends. I know firsthand the pain I inflicted on family and friends over the years. With gratitude, I look forward to hearing about your struggles and working towards a solution that will bring you peace in your family system. I truly believe that we are “ALL WORTHY” of Healing! When addiction and untreated mental health affects our loved one, we as Family can “FEEL” and experience shame, pain, guilt and blame. These emotions can cause “emotional cancer” if untreated. Just as we have asked our loved one to get help that they deserve, we as a family need to give ourselves the gift of being back whole as well. Excited to be a part of the team, and am eagerly looking forward to your transformation as you work on self as well.
